Resteeping is commonly done for many teas. There are very few teas I don't resteep.

Today I'm getting ready to go on the road. Doing a three city sweep of western Canada presenting on Windows 8 and Office 365. (Expenses, but no actual pay ) So, up early, a quick swim, and then heads down on the presentation and demo. Starting the day with Peet's Anniversary Breakfast Blend and fresh squeezed orange juice. |

Think of it as a paid interview and see how many people you can impress.

Meanwhile, made a huge pot of Bolognese sauce, which is simmering away in the oven, and settled for a good old PBJ for lunch. But that Bolognese will be ready by dinner. Diet coke right now. Too much caffeine this morning, need to taper off a bit. |

Tea... too early to care which one. Hot and thick; that's all that's important right now.

Phew, what a week ...
I spend the whole of last week in training with a police corps that investigates accidents with seriously injured people. They do reconstructions of the accident to find out who's to blame and if anything could have been done to prevent the accident. So it was maths and physics all week long. Then add snow storms, roads that look like skating ramps and 1600 km of traffic jam (on highways only, so it would be around 3000km if you count secondary roads as well!) and you can just imagine how fun it was. Thankfully I did learn a lot, and the team there is so welcoming. So now I'm back at the office, enjoying a cup of cappuccino. I think it's going to get really busy for me in the upcoming months, at work and at home. We decided to move in with my parents, that will happen in may. We're also still working on the design of our house, and we keep changing our minds about everything :s And my main project of this year finally started, so I expect it will be really busy at work as well. |

And onto Coke Zero #2 as I tackle the not-quite-late-yet paperwork having finished the well-overdue paperwork.
