Calibre 4.1 viewer formatting
I have just installed 4.1 and do not have any format buttons when using the viewer as were present in earlier versions. What am I missing here?

The first two times you open a book in the viewer, it tells you you need to press esc or right click to access the controls.

When you can't find something in calibre, right click.

I changed Show Controls to Ctrl+F11 (same as old viewer) and Quit to Escape.
