Fix for FFA
I don't mean to nag, I'd just like to know if there has been any progress on the fix for this plugin.

The only way I can get it to work is by manually filling in the identifier for the ff site, it then picks up the ffa identifier as well as the one I entered.

Please let me know if you need more details or log files.

Beta - new domain and other changes
Sometimes nagging is a good idea as I'd completely forgotten about this.

Attached is a beta to that should fix the problems. There were several changes including a new URL. I also added getting the published date. But, this is only the year.

Please tell me how it works. If there are no problems reported, I'll try and release it over the weekend.

The API used for this site has change. But, it looks like they have made the same changes to Fantastic Fiction Adults as they have Fantastic Fiction. That should make it easy to fix. But, it will probably be next week before I have a chance.

Beta: Fix for search engine change
Attached is beta that should fix the reported problems with Fantastic Fiction Adults. This was due to a change in the search engine used by the site. Similar change were made for Fantastic Fiction. There were some other changes to the page that needed to be fixed. I believe I have fixed them all, but I don't use this site very often, so am not sure.

Please test and report the results here. I'll try and fix any problem and arrange a release later in the week if everything is OK.

Update to version 1.1.0
I have just released version 1.1.0 of the plugin. The changes in this release are:
  • New: Add id_from_url for pasting URL and getting an identifier
  • Fix: New version of the API.

The first item is for a change I made to the metadata editor that has been released in calibre version 3.34. When you press the button next to the identifiers field, if there is a URL in the clipboard, then it will attempt to get an identifier from the URL. That function needs support from the metadata source plugins.

Update to version 1.2.0
The plugin has been updated to version 1.2.0. The changes are:
  • Update: Changes for Python 3 support in calibre.
  • Update: Handle series index with decimals.

Calibre will announce the update. If there are any issues, please report them here.
