kindle not recognized?

Calibre 5.1.2 on my Acer 32 bit chrome book but it is not recognizing my





kindle and here is the debug i did.
can anyone please help me to get my kindle seen?

Calibre is currently at 6.4
If your device is new, older Calibre won't know about it.

BUT I don't see any USB. Can the file explore see the Kindle? You need that to happen first.

Uninstall your (always out of date) Distro version, and use the officia Linux comandline found at the Calibre download page.

i am using google os on my acer chromebook and my file manager can see the kindle.
when i installed calibre last time it was version 3.9 and it could see the kindle?
