KAE2: Missing the ability of clearing the recent search list
There seems to be no function to clear the recent search list for a book: At least, I could not find it
I checked FW 4.6.9995 and FW 4.7.10413: both seem to lack this feature. The only options I could think of are
Does the clear search list feature really exists? |

No, there is no option to clear the search. The in-book search history is stored in the database. The other searches are in the config file.

Thanks for the confirmation.
Then it is IMHO an omission as typing mistakes will remain also as there is no normal chance to correct/delete them. Not very user-friendly. BTW, searching in sizeable (epub, not kepub) books seems to fail when trying to jump to a found text location: either the search string just won't show, or the search remains on the current page even when browsing through multiple findings. I even managed to get a completely blank page without any escape options. Somehow I could return to the home page, but I have no clue how I did that |
