epub: CSS for zoom level?

Is it possible to set a style for a specific zoom level? (prs-300)
For example use bold font when viewing with smallest magnification.

I don't think so. I don't think CSS has any concept of what zoom level is being used to view the content.

I set the "base font size" to 20pt in Calibre's Conversions settings
(results in a font-size:about 1.25em in the CSS)
that gives me the size I want at Zoom (mid point) level 3 on my 5" EZReader
