Confirming my updating plan for jailbroken PW4 is correct
I use 5.14.2, jailbroken, I want to update to 5.16.2.1.1 at minimum for new features.
Is my approach to flash latest "JailBreak-1.16.N-FW-5.x-hotfix" update and just updating offline using the firmware file correct, or did something change since last time I did this? Is there a known-good version for updating to past 5.16.2.1.1 while keeping the jailbreak, and are there any caveats if so? I saw mentions about newer FW deleting sideloaded books… EDIT: Posted in the wrong section, meant this for the dev corner EDIT2: Yup, updating worked as always, still curious if I can update past this without issues.
