Calibre 4.0 - Live Preview in Editor

I just upgraded to 4.0 and am editing a book. Every time I edit anything, the live preview changes to using no stylesheet codes and then quickly finds the stylesheet codes and everything looks like it should.

This has become very annoying, so I'm wondering if there is a new setting that I need to change to have this live-preview-bouncing behavior stop.

Thanks for any help!

Since nobody bothered to respond to this bug, I have uninstalled 4.0 and installed 3.48. The problem with the File Preview is gone, and it now acts like it should. I'll wait until the current bugs have been fixed before I upgrade again.

Check to see if your video card has an updated drive (even a beta driver). If it does, install it and see what happens. If this does not work, uninstall the video card drive and let Windows use it's default driver and see if that works.

If you are using a laptop with dual-video chips, try switching to the other video chip when running Calibre. And don't forget to upgrade the video drivers for both video chips if this is the case.

You will have to install Calibre 4.2 in order to test all of this.

Couldn't they just run it off a thumb drive to test it? That way they wouldn't have to go through installing and uninstalling if it didn't change the display?
