How does this PDF Look on the Illiad?

It's getting to be about Christmas time, and since I'm a single guy, with little family to buy presents for, I usually get one for myself. It's coming down between the Illiad or the PS3. I don't do enough gaming to warrant the ps3 as a game system alone, but with the ability to install linux on it, and use it to play HD movies, it's a bit more attractive.

I'd love more of a robust device than Sony's reader (not to mention the screen size), and with Scotty's enhancements, it appears that it can do just about anything.

But in the end, what it all boils down to, is how the documents I read most look on the Illiad. As I've mentioned previously, I'm an IT Manager, and I seem to always have technical PDF's to read. If someone could be so kind as to post a picture of what this PDF looks like on the Illiad, it would greatly help me to make up my mind. The first couple of pages don't have much information, so if it could be somewhere in the middle, that would be great.

I really appreciate it.

it's readable without zoom, and even better with. I won't take a picture because the ghosting from scottys v5 pdf viewer would most probably be a turn-off. Maybe one of the v2.7.1 sufferers could take an image?

To de-ghost version 5 just pop the keyboard up/down.

Version 6 is almost ready... I've learned a bit more about e-Ink...

Here are some quick views of your PDF on unenhanced v2.7.1. Excuse the quality, but you can see it's readable, even without zoom. The TOC links function too, btw. Hope that helps.

Wow, I wasn't expecting the TOC to function. I'm sold on it now. Thanks a bunch guys. It's too bad they'll send me a 2.7.1..
