Whispersync question
I have a few PDF and DOC manuals that I would probably want to read on the iPhone or PC and Kindle. Does Amazon only sync Books that are purchased from them or is there a way to set up the syncing of other documents.

Amazon only syncs books purchased from Amazon that are stored in your digital archive on Amazon servers.

you can, however, have documents sent to your Kindle via email, sometimes for a charge.
