Old school progress bar?

Is there a thingy (hack? kindlet?) that will give me the old school progress bar (as seen on Kindle 4) on my (recently jailbroken) PW2?

How do you want to use that progress bar? It could certainly be duplicated by direct framebuffer updates (i.e. a native mode app).

The latest release software on my Voyage has returned the "line of dots" on the index, though it is NOT a progress bar. The progress is shown as a percentage, beside(?) the dots. The dots merely indicate the size of the book, which is still useful to me.

I don't know if this helps, since you are talking about jailbroken, and etc...

I imagine the OP was talking about the bottom progress bar while *inside* the reader, which used to be pretty neat indeed on the K4. (chapter marks, reading session marks, that kind of thing).

If you've ever used KOReader, its bottom bar is reminiscent of that, FWIW

Yes, I'm talking about that line at the bottom of the screen when you have a book opened on the K4.
