any windows machine can run android, in a free emulator ( google bluestacks )

There won't be an eInk device that can run Windows although I'm sure you can probably achieve what you're trying to do in other ways. Why do you want to run Windows on an eReader ?

Seems to be an old thread, don't know how I stepped on it... but there's such device https://www.engadget.com/2018/08/30/...oard-hands-on/

Actually I guess I would buy such if the eink and screen were 13". Unfortunately the device is rather small, like the first iPad. I have touched it in a shop.
