Plugin Not visible
I downloaded the plugin Find Duplicates because i reinstald my PC
before i dit this the plugin whas on the menu on top of Calibre (See Picture)

now it isnt the question is how do i get it there again can anybody tell me how and where i do this

Take a look in Preferences (Voorkeuren) and then at the Toolbar (4th icon in the top grouping).

Here you want to select the "Main Toolbar" and add the icon for "Find Duplicates" to it.
