New Opus owner
Hi,
bought the Cybook Opus today to use when my Sony PRS-600 is too large to fit into the pocket of my jacket. Nice device, display is same quality as in my old PRS-505. All in all everything is ok (at least for HTML/ePub content). But I have one problem: Switching on the Opus takes around 10 to 15 seconds until finished (very annoying) and then I have to select my current book again to continue reading. Is there no kind of standby-mode like in the Sony readers? The Sony takes only 1 second to switch on and automatically displays the last read book page. On the other hand, leaving the Opus switched on is no option because the keys get accidentally hit. I have firmware 2.0, does 2.0 bring any improvements for that problem? |

I let mine always on. With accelerometer deactivated, works fine.
And it's quite fast to start, compared to first gen3 |
