How to downgrade JAILBROKEN 5.8.9.2 to factory initial. - Page 3

Hello again.
Recently followed this instruction, trying to downgrade my PW3 with 5.9.7.
Downgrade failed with Error 15.

First after creating a file PRE_GM_DEBUGGING_FEATURES_ENABLED__REMOVE_AT_GMC in root, I copied factory_initial.bin to storage, ejected the reader, but file was deleted by system.
Next what I tried, was a reboot with a cable connected to PC and I had a diagnostic menu at start up (Muscat_WFO System Diags v1.1.23.266370, which i had installed before. It is normal to have it if USB cable connected to PC). I used a menu and turned on a usb file transfer mode (sorry don't remember what was the title for it). Copied factory_initial to storage again.
Renamed file to update.bin.
Rebooted.
Update started, but then Error 15 occurred.

Luckily after a reboot, Kindle loaded without any problems. All data, apps, books still there. Kual still runs too. I had a "feedback book" on a shelf, so had to run usbnet, entered terminal, mounted rw, cd to root, rm PRE_GM_DEBUGGING_FEATURES_ENABLED__REMOVE_AT_GMC.
After reboot a "feedback" is gone now.

Just to summarize:
This feature has gone away from 5.9.2 and until 5.12.1 inclusive.
It is restored in 5.12.2.
