It all depends on how you look at it. The more readers, both devices and actual people, who refuse to support DRM, the more likely that the publishers are forced to stop trying to force it on us. In any case, what good is DRM if the book you bought two years ago uses a type of DRM that is no longer supported and you hadn't gotten around to reading it yet? I know I often buy books that I don't get around to reading for years. -- Bill |

If we stop buying DRMed eBooks then we'll cut ourselves off from a lot of eBooks that we want to read. And in that case, we'll have to go back to buying pBooks. The publishers will see a drop in eBook sales and an increase in pBook sales. Not a good idea for eBooks.
