This is V2 of this title, as it includes a tenth story which was published in the original 1919-20 magazine serial, but not collected with the other 9 in the 1929 Readers' Library book edition.

The cover is rescued from a poor scan of the Readers Library first edition, in which the title was hard to read; I have retouched the cover and inserted the title in a font as close as possible to the original.
