lines' issue
Hi, I opened an html page with koreader, but the lines at top and bottom of the page are cut. Can I set anything to make the lines fall only in or out of the page?

Can you post a photo or screen grab so we can see what you mean?

In anticipation of seeing a screenshot and preferably also the (scrambled) HTML file, the render mode setting may help, particularly flat or book.

The flat and book options doesn't work.
I had to rename the html file to txt format in order to upload it: to inspect it turn back the format to html Thanks |

One thing you can try is setting the top/bottom margin in KOReaders settings. It's the second icon from the left on the bottom set of settings.

Check that your view mode is page and not continuous.

This seems to have something to do with tables, although I thought line breaks in tables were usually dealt with well enough. The entire document is effectively one giant table.

For comparison, here it is with the needless wrapper table removed (it seems to be MS Office HTML? )
Edit: actually it's also fine if you only remove the outer table; the inner table is dealt with fine. Maybe there's some subtle bug with line/page breaks in nested tables. Last edited by Frenzie; 05-08-2021 at 03:50 PM. |
