The other $5 GC offer is here. I don't know if it's still valid.
I got $10 for getting a new free trial of Prime, a $5 courtesy credit, and two $5 GC credits. Edit: offer no longer valid. . Last edited by tubemonkey; 07-15-2019 at 11:32 AM. |

Also note, if you go through Ebates (now Rakuten), you get a 4 percent rebate on Amazon devices. And if you use the Amazon Prime Store Card, you get a 6 percent statement credit (up from the usual 5 percent). |

Amazon has really sunk to a new low. If you go to the Prime Day website, they're showing a live feed of presenters hawking various PD products just like the shopping channels do.
tsk tsk tsk smh |

Prime Exclusive Offer
I saw the offer here, but you're not limited to buying just that item. The offer is good for any physical products totaling $20 or more shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Promotion Details

Over the past few years Best Buy, Target, Staples specifically -- and I assume others that I never checked -- have matched Amazon's sale prices for Amazon tablets and ereaders . This price matching wasn't just for Prime Day but for Black Fridays and all the occasional all-of-a-sudden 3 day type sales as well. These sales started and ended to the hour of the Amazon sales.
This Prime Day, none of those stores seems to have any matching of the Amazon prices. Anyone noticed anything different? This is bad news for people like me who don't buy through Amazon but have taken advantage of the brick and mortar store price matching of Amazon sales. |

If you have an Echo, you can get a smart plug for $4.99 (one per account). You have to order it through your Echo (Alexa, what are my deals?). My sis and I each needed one more, so was able to order one each through my brother's Prime account and one through my subprime account.

I got a Kindle (10th generation) for $15 after trade in credit ($25) + 25% off a new Kindle, and $30 off normal price. Also extended my Kindle Unlimited subscription by 3 months (I guess I would have gotten $5 book credit otherwise).
I think that’s going to be it for me for Prime Day, but might get $99 Toshiba Fire TV. |
