The HarperCollins editions of the Narnia books were still on sale @ Kobo Canada as of 0900 today so I caved and bought them.

I've been thinking of getting them for a few years... I still like them, despite their flaws, and I appreciate the impact they've had. Now I have some nice ebook copies, which suits me best these days.

I'm still tempted to pick up the HarperCollins editions. They're illustrated.
fadedpage also has a decent collection of C.S. Lewis's works but of course no illustrations. I have the illustrated Narnia series in paper in good condition so I'm not quite prepared to spend the money for illustrated ebooks.

One I've been watching for a while has finally gone on sale:

Fury From the Tomb: The Institute for Singular Antiquities Book I by SA Sidor is on sale for $0.99 at Amazon. Probably because a second book was just released.

A tongue-in-cheek pulp fiction mash-up/homage:

This is a new release barely a month old, so this sale is surprising.

Seems like there were a lot of bad reviews for this book (at least with the reviewers that I read regularly, amazon seems to have a lot of nice reviews, but I don't trust those as much). Might be why it's priced so low, to get some sales in while it's still newish.
