Newbie Help Required with Chapter Detection

Hi,

I've honestly had a look on the forums but can't see an answer to this I understand. Is it possible to get Calibre to search for the word "chapter" (maybe in bold just to be on the safe side) and use this as a chapter break. i don't know anything about H2 tags or anything like that. I just want to know what to put in what box to get it to search for the word 'chapter' (in bold if possible).

Also.....i've converted a copy of brave new world I have and it seems to detect chapters and insert page breaks etc. However, on a couple of chapters, it's changed the text to bold at the very end of the chapter. It has the break in the correct place but it's as if the last few words has taken on the style of the next chapter heading. This is an epub to LRF conversion.
