It does not work the night mode option in the latest Cool Reader (Windows 7)

Last Cool Reader has its own night mode.

If I convert a doc to epab using Calibre night mode does not work.

But the night mode works in epub downloaded from an online library or in fb2 created in Calibre.

Use the settings int he Look & Feel section of the conversion dialog to remove colors from the book during conversion.
