Calibre Actions Toolbar disappeared

Hello everyone!

After I modified the Settings in Calibre (font:6, interlines:-20), the Actions Toolbar disappeared.
The problem is that I cannot access it anymore, nor access the Settings icon, to come back to the default settings.
I tried to desinstall and re-install Calibre, but each time I have no Action Toolbar, even after re-installation. The settings seem to be saved somewhere on the computer.

Does anyone has already encountered the same problem?
Or do you know any keyboard shortcut to directly access the software Settings?

Ctrl+P is the default hotkey to open Preferences.

I could get back to the default settings, with the Actions toolbar.
