Subtitle / Sub-Series on a Kindle?

Hi,

At the moment, as in other threads, I have this:

{series_index:0>2s||-}{title}

This works fine and does what I want.

However - I've noticed in other books I've bought that they have a subtitle which is the series of the book.

So, for example:

The Wise Mans Fear
The Kingkiller Chronicles

You have to imagine the above on the same line with The Kingkiller Chronicles in smaller writing than the title.

Does anyone know how to get this working?
