article doesn't make sense comparing Kindle to iPad. iPad is a mini computer that has ability to read ebooks, Kindle is strictly an ebook reader

Sorry, but with Goodreader on the iPad, the new PDF zoom for the Kindle isn't so novel. Also, the social networking features are rather blah.

So when you read on your LCD computer monitor and watch TV programs/movies on your LCD TV and text on your LCD cell phone, you ruin your eyes.

I use a computer at work for about 8 hours a day and my eyes are not ruined... Hell, I am actually looking at a computer monitor right now
