2,100 ebooks

My new Hanvon N516 has an excess of 2,100 English ebooks preloaded.. They're sorted by the Author's surname, and so far I have a lot of the books in the MR library...

How can I catalogue all these books? I would like to have title and author on my computer, but the task seems too huge...

P.S. Yeah, I counted them... Rude, isn't it?

Calibre. Cross platform, multi format e-book library and conversion software. Essential once you have more than a few books. Check out the forum for more information than you can possibly use . Calibre has a section all it's own, and the author hangs out here too.

I personally don't like Calibre for library purposes. I'm using an ancient book library application I once bought for my pbooks. It is rather flexible and I managed to fit my ebooks nicely.

But I'd first order the books simply in explorer. One directory per author, etc.
