Scholarly paper manager

I am looking for a program that can manage Scholarly paper
* able to convert between formats
* able to download referenced papers down to a depth

I think you should investigate into literary management programs like EndNote, Citavi, Mendeley, Litlink ...

For conversion: it's better to use other programs like Calibre or any pdf-converter you can find. But it is always a problem to convert pdf into something and requires afterwork.
