You've already given major spoilers just by naming the characters in the book. You really should go back and edit your post to put in spoiler tags for all the characters in the book. It's a spoiler to tell everyone characters in the new book. It means they know that if any of these characters get in a life or death situation, that they live.

You're assuming that books are published in internal chronological order. That's not necessarily so.

Trade Lanes, was originally due in November, but it looks like it's pushed back to sometime next year. It's not on the schedule through the end of this year, at least, and there hasn't been much coming from them about it recently.

One did not write to master traders and ask if they were feeling quite themselves. One assumed that the master trader understood the meaning of his words.
