Well, it's broken. "Süddeutsche Zeitung" alike. The publisher introduced a new login scheme (see https://id.sueddeutsche.de), which is why the recipe isn't working any longer. Would appreciate to see it fixed, too.

I get the same problem since Saturday (10/05).
lala-rob's recipe for sueddeutsche zeitung transfers headlines only. The sz.mobi is 175kb only, whereas the normal size is about 800kb.

The sueddeutsche_mobil.recipe still produces the frame-fault as reported lala-rob two weeks ago.

In the new calibre 2.5 is the new working version of "Süddeutsche Zeitung".

You are right. This may work for subscribers of "Süddeutsche Zeitung", but not for the mobile version. I am subscribed to the mobile version only. The respective script sueddeutsche_mobil.recipe is still broken (same fault as you reported earlier).
The sueddeutsche.recipe used to work for me until Thursday. From last Saturday onward it produces headlines only.

Any idea?

I started the request

ebook-convert.exe sueddeutsche.recipe C:\Users\Pit\Desktop\sz.mobi --output-profile kindle --username abc --password yxz

from the command prompt window.
I attach the (partial) log. Looks rather OK.
But the output is just interlinked headlines.

Problem has been solved by the publishing company. It had something to do with the new layout of the weekend edition.

I have no idea about Python. I just played a bit and have been successful by changing the link of the login page:
