Unable to opern the Clips Editor

Hello !
I'm sorry for my english...

I'm using Sigil 1.3 ver. on a Windows 10 64 bits PC.

I can't open the Clips Editor neither by the menu, neither by the shortcut. Nothing happens.

The clips toolbar and the clip window can be displayed.

A right click on the clip window offers two options: Shrink all or Develop all.

What can I do ?

The right click is meant in CodeView window to pull up Clips menu to select a clip you want.

To open the clips editor instead of using already created clips, either:

Use the menu: Tools->Clip Editor...

or

Use the assigned keyboard shortcut (See your Preferences for Keyboard Shortcuts in Sigil)

On my machine this is set to Ctrl+Alt+C

I know the menu command and the shortcut. I used it - but no result. Nothing happens.

I downloaded again the install-file and reinstalled it. But same problem...

Who can help me ? Thank you !

Are you sure you are using the Sigil Tools Menu and then choosing the Clips Editor... sub menu?

NOT the Sigil Views menu and the Clips entry.

The Clip Editor window is not attached. It may have come up on another monitor if you use a two monitor system) or maybe come up underneath another window (underneath the Sigil Window perhaps)?

Please check?

I didn't know it is a free window !
Effectively, the Clip Editor window was on my second monitor !
