Frozen iRiver Cover Story - Page 2

I ended up taking it to the service centre - physically. It took them a few minutes to update the firmware properly, & it's been fine ever since.
The self-motivated upgrade did not provide a fully working system.

Hi guys,
i have an Iriver Cover Story, for mistake last night I erased its file system, now it's completely frozen, i'm not able to even reset it, the dispaly shows the loading bar almost at the end but it has been like this the last 24 hours.
The device is not regnized by any OS and i can't put the files back.

Please can anyone help me.
