Quickly advance pages?
Is there a keyboard shortcut to quickly advance a bunch of pages (like 10 in a row)? Or to go to a specific page number?

The book has to be indexed in order for the navigation to work. This is different from the search indexing the Kindle does.

What sort of indexing are you referring to? The "dot" marks are chapter markers in the "toc.ncx" file. Are you referring to this, or to something else?

Yes that what Calibre calls it when you look at the Job details it says. Writing a unindex mobi. I still don't know how to go about fixing that I know the NCX file and Spine of the OPF have to be the same but I've yet to figure out how to fix that.
