remove stored conversion settings - single book - how?

as per thread title - this option is only on bulk conversion screen thus only accessible by selecting 2 or more books ?

I see a default settings button on the lower left part of the conversion settings.

I will clarify Manichean's post.

when you convert a single book, the first screen after you click 'convert'
has his button.

this is also the place to do '1 off' conversion changes that differ from the preferences settings.
They will be remembered until the button is pressed (which then uses, the defaults currently set into preferences) or changed on that screen.

thanks - i see it now - would have been more obvious if it has the same text label as on the bulk screen. I was looking for something that said remove.....
