epub covers quirk? with 0.7.2
I convert books to epub for my iphone. The covers show up properly everywhere (eg. Calibre Library, editing metadata, ebook viewer, Stanza book list and book info) except when reading the book itself - the first page is blank instead of the cover. I've tried deleting and reloading the reconverted books - same result. This is happening since I updated to version 0.7.2 - thanks in advance for tips on what might be happening.

Have you set the option to not have a SVG format cover? Stanza for instance can only handle JPG format covers.

If you did not have the No SVG cover checked in ePub output then during the conversion your cover was converted to .svg file. Stanza can not display .svg files.

To ensure jpg covers are used, the No SVG cover option must be checked prior to converting the file.
