What do Hindus in the US do at the moment? Are they unable to have funerals which are in accordance with their religious customs?

In the UK, open air pyres aren't allowed, but they're placed in buildings with no roof - ie just four walls. This came about after a long legal battle by a Hindu guru who finally won his case to be allowed such a cremation in 2010.
