No table of content in pdb ereader

Ok, I want to load my ebook in to ereader app in my iPod Touch. And since ereader only accept pdb format, i converted it first in calibre.

The first problem is that calibre can't convert pdb with ereader container in there (I'm running Ubuntu with Calibre 0.6.32 btw), but it seems like doc container is working okay.

So, I uploaded my book to ereader personal content and ereader app read the ebook fine, only is that there is no table of content in there. My source file is from epub and it has toc. I also try to convert the ebook into mobi format, and table of content is there too. So what did I do wrong and what should I do to make my pdb ebook has toc?
