ABC Amber CHM Converter

Hi,

I read in this forum that ABC Amber chm converter is a good tool to convert chm to rtf then we can use any other tool to convert rtf to lrf, sounds interesting and decided to give it a try, in order to fully evaluate the software i ordered thru SWEG(www.swreg.org), problem started after that, either the maker of ABC Amber CHM converter, http://www.thebeatlesforever.com, or SWReg will answer any email(even in their internal messaging system), more than a week has passed, fully paid, and yet no email regarding download link and registration key as indicated in the invoice.

Anybody experience the same problem? any way to contact the maker? following two email addresses got no response:

processtext@thebeatlesforever.com
processtext@processtext.com
support@swreg.org

If anyone has been able to contact the maker in the past, please inform them this problem and let me know how to contact them,

Hmm, strange. Have you checked you spam/junk mail folder?
Normally keys are sent out quite soon.

yes, i checked the spam folder, none. I even put their domain in the whitelist as suggested in their FAQ, nothing come. I also emailed them using my other email address, no response. using SWReg's web based email got no response neither from processtext group or SWReg. if ever anybody can communicate with the maker of the said software, please ask them to email me at following address:

wang960 at yahoo.com

btw, my registration with them is not the email above

I have the same e-mail addresses.
It's strange 'cause I buyed it some times ago and the key's arrived instantly.

Take the suggestion to control spam.

ok, this problem is solved, I got an email from paypal that a full or partial refund has been made by SWReg, nothing from swreg and processtext about the reason why refund was made, quite a good ending, but left me no abc amber comverter

I've got the ABC converter full version, but I can't figure out how the .key file works. The email says to just click on it, but then I get a message saying I don't have the program or whatever to open the .key file. Help?!

Sorry for the delay, somehow I missed this thread earlier.

First, I am not part of the Process Text Group, just a user of their products for many years -- both the free ones and the paid ones.

The direct email address for them is: processtext@processtext.com

They have been very responsive to my emails and requests.

The key you receive is a self contained program that places an entry in the registry to activate the full features of the program and extend it beyond the original trial period.

SWReg acts as an agent for them and does the credit card processing. Process Text Group provides the product and support.

I noticed their swreg twitter page that I think you all should check out. I really like their service and it was easy to set up payment methods. They were also very responsive having answering my questions by contacting them through twitter

Long time to answer it but AFTER you have run the ABC program & closed it, double click on the .key file (it is just a registry file) and it will be registered, or change the extension to .reg.

Hi there ... me also got same problem ... but i think it worst because processtext never reply my email ....
