Hello Emoticon Needed
Earlier, while welcoming a new member, I realised that there isn't a "Hello" emoticon. Just a simple smiley man holding up a banner saying "Hello" would be enough.
Any chance of actually getting one? |

@BookCat - find an icon you like, upload it into your CP pictures and album collection, and put the bbcode into a clips library. I this instance I'd use a custom tag in the BBCode firefox extension, but you could use PhraseExpress, ClipFusion or whatever you have or can get on your OS.

I'm doing some testing. So don't mind the test messages.
Brilliant. It works. So to use this hello, wrap the URL in the code with [img][/img] Code:

CP is your Mobileread Control Panel - top left corner of every page.
BBCodeExtra is a Firefox extension. It doesn't work on recent Firefox, another victim of Mozilla's Quantum leap diktat. Phrase Express and Clipboard Fusion are Windows utilities that, amongst other things, allow you to create a set of common paste items. I assume similar things are available for MacOS and Linux. Added: BBCodeXtra, Clipboard Fusion, and Phrase Express provide the means to store text with a comprehensible name. So, to paste my Good Luck smiley, I hit the menu key, select BBXtra's Custom Tags option, and then select the item 'goodluck'. BR Last edited by BetterRed; 03-25-2018 at 07:16 PM. |

But, once the image is attached, it's now on MR. So all you need is the link I posted to wrap around the link and you'll be able to use the image.
