lcd tablets 4:3 or 16:9 for manga/comics?
hi
there are tablets with 4:3(1024*768) aspect ratio and some with wide (1280*800-600) which type is better for comics and manga? |

4:3 ones as they are closer to A4 A5 height-width ratio which is about 4.24:3

Yes, that's why the iPad, with its 4:3 aspect ratio, works better as a reader than most of the Android tablet, which are 16:9.

You should also consider the dpi of the screen. I found it's easier to read on Galaxy tab 8.9 than ipad due to the screen resolution and the pixel density.

i found a model called "Le Pan II" on Amazon for $278.98 , it's 4:3 and has 1024x768 resolution, what do you think of this company?

What type of screen? If it's a resistive touch screen - avoid.

Most of the comics and mangas i have read so far fits the entire 16:10 screen perfectly
