.MOBI Books converting backwards

Has anyone else had their book import backwards, as in mirror image?

My book keeps converting to .mobi backwards. I know I must be doing something incorrectly, but can't figure out what it is. It's only happening with PDFs that I scanned in, not PDFs from my phone.

I suggest when you you scanned the pages, presumably from page 1 to N, the scanner software created a Last In First Out index of some sort that calibre is using to pick up the individual page images.

Thank you for your help. I'm now trying to find an inexpensive option for converting PDFs on my Mac that works as well as the $2.99 app that I have on my phone, since the problem definitely seems to be with the software on my computer.

I did read the "Read this before..." It doesn't cover my issue & unfortunately, PDF files are the best option for my project. Thank you for trying to help.
