Enregistrement produit impossible

Bonjour,

J'ai acheté mon IQ le 31/08/2011 et le code retour fourni par le site BOOKLAND lors de l'enregistrement de mon produit ne fonctionne pas.

En effet, après la saisie (sans erreur de ma part, je précise), le pocketbook m'indique que le code saisi est incorrect.

Après plusieurs essais, il n'y a arien à faire, il refus d'intégrer le code retour

Je ne sais plus quoi faire, quelqu'un a-t-il rencontré le même problème et comment y remédier?

C'est bon, mon problème est résolu!

J'ai contacté par mail le site service@pocketbook.de pour leur exposer mon problème.

Ils ont réinitialisé mon enregistrement sur Bookland et créé un petit firmware que j'ai installé sur mon IQ.

Et tout remarche nickel.

Cerise sur le gâteau, du fait de ce "réenregistrement", j'ai eu droit une nouvelle fois aux 15€ de bonus de la part de Bookland...
