Hello,

Regards,

Yes.
  1. When plugging the Tolino into the computer, is the collections database located in the exported storage? calibre must be able to access it in order to manipulate collections.
  2. Is there someone who owns a Tolino, who is willing to write the driver code? Kovid doesn't have a Tolino as far as I am aware, which makes it difficult for him to analyze the database, and test the results.

a) Unfortunately, no, I cannot seem to find the collections in any file or folder on the connected usb memory. I'll probably have to work for someone to root that thing to be able to do that.

b) Would be willing to put some work into that.

Well, if you need root to get at the collections db then there is no way it will be integrated into calibre.

But you could write a plugin, which communicates collections info and is then processed by some mod running on the device.
That is how the Kindle Collections plugin works.
