Thank you for the firmware. Unfortunately, my Kobo is still not starting. It's probably a hardware problem. Only the blue LED is lit, the computer can not detect it, there is also silence on the serial port. It's a pity, because it's a very nice reader ...

Which version of the WiFi? There are three. The model number should be on the end of the device. It could be N647, N647B or N289. You need the correct image to get it working.

What forced update? The last update for the WiFi that I know about was released years ago. The only device that received an update with the recent announcement of discontinuing support was the Mini.

Hi davidfor,
I've joined the ranks of the N647 owners. Desktop app doesn't seem to allow adding any titles, so I'm hoping a new image will help(?).

The case says model N647, no other designators.

Many thanks for any help you can provide.

PS. It *is* wifi capable, if that matters.
