Received Error Message Converting .docx to AZW3

After converting my .docx file to EPUB & PDF, I was unsuccessful in converting to AZW3. I have converted several .docx files to both EPUB and AZW3 without difficulty. I attempted to convert the EPUB & PDF to AZW3, but that too is unsuccessful, resulting in a failure error message. (See message below.)

I've already searched through the user's manual and browsed through the forum without finding what I'm looking for. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I am trying to meet a deadline.
Spoiler:
