Difference between polish and embed metadata
I am not 100% clear on the difference between these two functions..Pls clarify tia

Open the Polish Menu (happens when you try and Polish a book).
Those are choices of what it can do BESIDES, a simple embed the current metadata. Tick what you want it to do. |

Polish only works on EPUB and AZW3 formats, Embed Metadata works on all ebook formats.
