Epub running title

Hello!

Can you help me?

Have the Sigil opportunity to add running title to epub documetns or something like this?

It can be just static text which repeats on each page at the bottom.

How can I negotiate this?

The CSS entry {display: oeb-page-foot} is designed for the purpose in the ePub specification. However, many epub readers may not support this feature. I have not tried it myself.

I have never encountered a reader that implements support for EPUB page headers or footers.

There is not real way to do this aside from the oeb-footer spec. EPUB pages are reflowable and will adjust what appears on screen depending on the screen or font size.

I have found a solution. To create a static object to be displayed on all pages, you can use CSS and set the background for the body and bring the desired image. Then it will be repeated on every page in the same place.

Can this be done for each chapter in a <style> statement in the <head></head> and setting the @page to leave space for the header or footer? Example code please.
