You really did not need to test it for us.
I've done everything what was suggested in multiple threads here, but missed one thing in Unbrick a PW3 (Fastboot) MadMAXXX thread on the last page.

It turnes out that I've got absolutely the same case as SimonSu got!

As you said - "The fatal voltage regulator message is just that, a fatal hardware error." spare screen And thre's nothing to do with that!
I've to be more attentive, and read listing carefully.
Allthough, thank you so much!
P.S.
I've two Kindles PW3 with such problem!!! On your opinion, what could cause such serious damage to devices?

It could just be the wrong firmware being run, as pointed out in a later post.
BUT
It does not matter if the problem's source is hardware or software;
The device needs that particular regulator to work in order to run;
And you need the device to run in order to replace the bad firmware (if that is indeed the problem's source).

If you have access to a hot air SMD re-work station, you could replace the eMMC chip with a brand new one and start over ....
There is a set of posts here about someone who did just that (in order to DIY a larger storage Kindle).
