Book Designer select problem

Couldn't find an answer after searching for some time so here it goes!

Often I need to go through and join title names together, so a title may look like "CHAPTER

one"

I go through to either join the 2 words together as a title or delete "CHAPTER" and make the number the title.

Well, after a while of that, BD will not let me select any text. When I drag the mouse pointer along some words, nothing happens. I've tried closing the file and reopening, fresh install of BD, I even switched computers and the problem still seems to crop up.

Any suggestions or solutions?

OK new development. If I maximize the text window, it works fine, but then I can't see the book editor pane and have to use keyboard shortcuts (maybe easier anyway) still weird though.

If you highlight the words you want joined and click "title" or "paragraph" in the corrector it will put them together in the proper format (i.e. either as a new centered title or as a new paragraph).
