Indianapolis Public Schools Replace Textbooks with Digital Content (THE Journal)
I'm not sure digital textbooks is the right word for this; the amount and type of material is too broad.

<--- is from Indianapolis. Both my parents retired from IPS. Knowing what I know about that school system, it seems to me like they'd be better off putting their money into renovating some of their rickety old buildings. But what do I know?
