reader for read aloud feature in epub3

hello all,
right now i am using readium as the reader for epub3.May i know whether readium can support the read aloud feature ( i found that readium is not compactible with all features of epub3) or do i want to sync it directly to ipad or some kind of hardware readers.

the readium can support this feature,as there an icon for read aloud ,as you click on it the sound will be produced
